Recently, we began looking for a vacation property that wouldn't be too cool in the winter; Phillip helped with our search in the SW area. It was easy. He enrolled us on Listingbook, we viewed homes, communities, events and the entire area right from our home computer. We chose 3 communites and 3 homes at each. We arrived, Phil gracio...usly toured us of all properties. Over lunch he answered all questions, including taxes, dues, financing, short sale -vs- foreclosure, etc.. "We finally made our decision"....we chose a single family home in Hunter's Ridge Golf community! We loved the feel of this commuinity; it offered everything we were looking for: golf, secure/safe living, updated home, lake and course view, community pool, hot tub, clubhouse dinning and accessable shopping. Recently we have had the pleasure of working with Mr. Philip Rigsby as our realtor. Beginning at the end of last year (2009) we held a preliminary meeting with Mr. Rigsby. At that time he showed us some properties to get an idea of what our interests were. Returning to our northeast home in January and from this time forward, until March of 2010, Mr. Rigsby kept us informed – long distance -- of the market, answered our questions (always in a timely fashion,) and stayed on top of our wants and needs. This long distance process is often fraught with miscommunication and misunderstanding. Because of Mr. Rigsby’s considerable communication skills, there were no such “mis”-es. Upon our return to Florida in March of 2010, Mr. Rigsby was well-prepared, knew exactly what we required, showed us appropriate properties, and helped us make an offer on one. In early May, we closed on this property. We can say, without hesitation, that without Mr. Rigsby’s calm demeanor, his persistence in getting questions answered, and overall “looking out” for us, that the process of buying from a long distance would not have been as easy. He made it so. Hire him; he’s great!
